Banquet Captain Food & Beverage Full-Time
JOB PURPOSE:
Oversees assigned banquet/catering functions, Food and Beverage service staff, equipment and inventory. Sets and example for staff by being visible, punctual and a team worker. Maintains professional and business profile while acting as a Silver Reef Casino representative. Is highly visible and interacts with guests as necessary to maintain the high quality standards of the Silver Reef Casino.

• Prior banquet experience.

• Should be capable of training new employees in all banquet procedures.

• Have a meeting with the staff explaining the service procedures, menu, and particulars of the functions.
• Introduction of yourself to the host informing them that you will supervise the function, and any questions or problems are to be directed to you.
• Be constantly visible supervising and ensuring that all wait staff and bartenders are accomplishing their assigned duties.

• Three-six months housekeeping experience preferred.

Casino Housekeeping Lead Housekeeping Full-Time
JOB PURPOSE:
Responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of the casino by supervising and training the Casino housekeeping staffs. Ensure correct procedures of using chemicals and equipment; implementing and ensuring all housekeeping operations on assigned shift are in accordance with Silver Reef Hotel, Casino, Spa’s policies and procedures; directly and indirectly supervises all casino housekeepers.
QUALIFICATIONS: (Includes equipment knowledge/use)
• High school diploma or GED required or two to three years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination.
• High energy, positive attitude, hands on leadership style.
• Good organizational and interpersonal skills required.

JOB PURPOSE:
Responsible for successfully maintaining and repairing as needed all mechanical equipment in the casino.

• Must have minimal knowledge of plumbing, electrical and air conditioning maintenance.
• Occupationally significant combination of vocational education, apprentice training, in-plant training and/or on-the-job training preferred.

Esthetician Spa Full-Time
JOB PURPOSE:
Primary responsibility is to provide professional skin care treatments, including waxing, using the standards established by The Silver Reef Hotel Casino & Spa, to recommend a maintenance program and products to be used at home, to give guests instructions on how to use the products to help them obtain and maintain healthy, beautiful skin.
QUALIFICATIONS: (Includes equipment knowledge/use)
• High school diploma.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Working familiarity with computers.
• Graduate from a school approved and Licensed by the Department of Licensing with the minimum required state hours.
• Must be 21 or older.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
• Provide consistent professional facial and body treatments in accordance with spa protocols and accepted certification practices.
• Have complete knowledge and understanding of all services and products while educating and training guests in these areas.
• Actively promote home care programs, meeting minimum retail sales goals.
• Uphold the standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by law and the spa’s policies and procedures.
• Perform prep work and properly clean and restock room as required.

JOB PURPOSE:
Protect life and property while providing excellent guest services to all Silver Reef Hotel Casino & Spa patrons.
QUALIFICATIONS: (Includes equipment knowledge/use)

• Able to read, write and understand the English language.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
• Effectively communicate and work with Tribal Police, Local Law Enforcement, and the Tribal Gaming Agency.
• Able to successfully pass CPR, First Aid, CARE and AED certification exams.
• Possess a valid Washington State Driver’s License.
• Able to maintain oneself as a credit to the Silver Reef Casino.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Security and Shift Supervisor/ Dual Rate Supervisor.

Slot Attendant Slots Part-Time
JOB PURPOSE:
Accurately and efficiently correct minor machine malfunctions, process fills and jackpots and enhance the guests’ gaming experience to maximize slot handle. Promote a work environment that is pleasant and desirable.
QUALIFICATIONS: (Includes equipment knowledge/use)
• Must have thorough understanding of the Silver Reef Gaming Commission pertaining to slot operations.
• The ability to understand and comply with all departmental and company rules and regulations, policies and procedures.
• Ability to maintain effective working relationships with staff.
• Ability to perform basic math.
• Excellent cash handling skills.
• Carry pouch with cash for quick and easy payment of jackpot winners as necessary.
• Ability to handle a significant number of guests with outstanding customer service.
• Perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy.
• Prioritize and organize tasks.
• Follow directions thoroughly.
• Work cohesively with managers, supervisors and co-workers as part of a team.
• Work independently with little to no supervision.

• Computer experience in Windows 2000, Windows NT to CDS Systems Interface.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Silver Reef Casino Gaming License.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
• Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with departmental policies and procedures.
• Maintain complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of casino equipment including; Two-way radio with earpiece and microphone, 10-key adding machine, and jackpot/fill ticket printer.
• Maintain compliance of all aspects of the Silver Reef Casino internal controls.
• Monitor and maintain compliance with all aspects of the Silver Reef Casino Gaming Commission.
• Maintain clear an open communications with guests and managers/supervisors.
• Evaluate operating procedures, recommend changes and implement-approved changes.
• Be knowledgeable with all aspects of the Silver Reef Casino Players’ Club Card and encourage guest participation.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned work areas.
• Perform job functions of additional positions as necessary.
• Report to work as scheduled and follow the break schedule as posted/notified.
• Respond to and open tilted slot machines to determine if maintenance or a fill is required.
• Complete minor maintenance on slot machines.
• Complete maintenance write-up for slot machines that require a slot technician.
• Complete the Attendant Card every time a slot machine is opened.
• Print fill tickets and process with appropriate signatures.
• Fill machines as required.
• Respond to slot machines with jackpots and determine if the jackpot is valid.
• Calculate jackpots amounts for jackpots not registering on the CDS system.
• Process jackpot and fill tickets manually when the CDS system is not functioning.
• Print jackpot tickets and process with appropriate signatures.
• Obtain customer identification and complete appropriate and relevant tax forms to include:w2G, 1042, 1001 and W9.
• Adhere to Title 31 reporting requirements and make the necessary postings.
• Circulate throughout assigned area, keeping conversations with co-workers and other team members to a minimum.
• Maintain positive guest relations at all times.
• Maintain confidentiality of pertinent casino data and guests.
• Be knowledgeable about the Silver Reef Casino’s services, features, attractions, promotions and special events to respond accurately to guest/team member’ inquiries.
• Be familiar with the CDS slot system.
• Notify your supervisor if you need assistance, require additional help or observe suspicious activity.
• Be completely knowledgeable about the basic functions of slot machines.
• Count down and secure change banks when required.

• Must possess the ability to access all areas of the property with some instances in a rapid manner.
• Must be able to speak and write fluently in the English language.
• Requires the ability to maintain physical stamina and proper mental attitude to work under pressure when dealing with difficult situations and meeting deadlines.
• Must be able to stand for prolonged periods and to frequently bend, reach and kneel.
• Maintain a professional, well-groomed appearance, adhering to the Silver Reef Casino appearance standards.
• Requires use of a two-way radio including earpiece and microphone.
• Requires manual dexterity to use a personal computer and other office equipment.
• Ability to lift multiple fills, coin bags, cans of coins and carry them to various locations throughout the casino.
Approximate: Up to 100 pounds.
• Must be able to manually open and close a slot machine door with multiple latches that turn as the door is lifted to open regular, predictable attendance required.
• Must have the manual dexterity to handle small hand tools.

• Work is performed on the casino floor in areas that may be unusually hot, cold noisy, smoky and/or poorly lighted.

Surveillance Observer Surveillance Full-Time
JOB PURPOSE:
Provides observation, analysis and information for asset protection, with specific focus on compliance with established procedures, regulations and laws pertinent to all gaming and money handling activities.
QUALIFICATIONS: (Includes equipment knowledge/use)
• Full time position, and candidate must be available all shifts including graveyard, weekends & Holidays when needed.
• Must pass a written surveillance test with a 90% or better.
• Math and analytical skills sufficient to quickly and accurately calculate complicated payouts and identify various card counting systems as well as a broad range of cheating techniques.
• Written and oral communication skills sufficient to prepare and deliver clear and precise reports to senior management, regulators and courts.
• Knowledge of and experience in, casino systems, gaming and money handling to adequately detect theft and cheating, as well as compliance with federal and state gaming regulations, and in addition to compact, internal control submissions and casino procedure fundamental.
* Minimum of two years experience dealing Blackjack, Roulette and Craps or surveillance of same is strongly preferred.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
• Ensure Surveillance Department’s compliance with internal controls and departmental procedures.
• Reports on non-compliance with internal controls, BSA and company procedures by all other departments.
• Writes comprehensive reports and logs.
• Assists in the installation and maintenance of CCTV equipment, as required.
• Assists Surveillance Supervisor with departmental administrative duties as required.
• Maintains an effective relationship with Tribal and State Gaming Agents.
• Cooperates with other department managers on matters of mutual concern.
• Cooperates with local law enforcement in the prevention and reporting of criminal activity within the gaming facility.

JOB PURPOSE:
Dealing Table Games offered by the Silver Reef Casino. Excellent customer service skills. Professional demeanor toward guest and team members at all times.
QUALIFICATIONS: (Includes equipment knowledge/use)
• Training and experience in casino games, rules, and procedures sufficient to pass a live audition.
• Outgoing and friendly personality.
• Through knowledge of Craps and/or Roulette and/or Black Jack.
• Knowledge of CTR requirements.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
• Gives superior customer service at all times.
• Conducts the game according to department procedures.
• Handles customer transactions for buy-ins and payoffs.
• Controls game pace.
• Delivers proper payoffs.
• Protects game.
• Notifies Casino Supervisor of any irregularities noted in customer play and of other transactions during shift.
• Professional and courteous demeanor towards guests and team members at all times.
• Performs other Duties as Requested.

• Constantly grasping, using finger dexterity and wrist motion; standing; using eye/hand coordination; speaking, writing, hearing and seeing.
