MASSAGES
All of our Massages are specialized for each individual guest. From relaxing to treatment, from soft to deep, we customize to your needs! Choose between Relaxing Swedish Massage or Deep Tissue Massage.
Swedish Massage – A massage with the intent to relax the mind and body, utilizing a combination of long stroking techniques, as well as kneading. Typically, the pressure can vary between light and firm upon request.
Deep Tissue Massage – A form of advanced Swedish Massage, designed to address deeper muscles, and relieve a variety of muscle aches and pains. Deep Tissue Massage is also beneficial for injured or chronically fatigued muscles. Like Swedish, Deep Tissue Massage can be done with various levels of pressure.
Hot Stone Massage – A Native American tradition, hot stone massage has the ability to increase circulation; providing full mind and body relaxation. We use Heated River Stones in combination with luxurious massage oil, massaging the body from head to toe.

A credit card is required to secure all appointments. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a fee.
Arrival & Check-In
We would like to ensure that you experience an optimal spa journey. Our locker rooms have all the amenities you may require. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of your treatment so you have time to complete your intake form, change into one of our robes and slippers and relax before your therapist greets you.
If you would like to use the gym, hot tub, sauna, steam room, or indoor swimming pool before your treatment, please arrive even earlier and bring appropriate clothing. Hot tea, bottled water and juices are available for your refreshment.
During your visit
The Spa experience is a healing journey guided by the therapist. Your journey begins when you fully and accurately complete your intake form. To ensure your comfort and enjoyment, communicate directly with your therapist before, during and after your treatment. Our therapists want to know what you need and how you are feeling so your treatment can be personalized and adjusted accordingly. Quality of touch depth and pressure, heat-controlled treatment tables, volume conversation or quiet – it's really up to you. We are committed to listening and co-creating your spa experience.
